Lilly first came across her first encounter with Shahs of Sunset world as Reza's client as a real estate agent. Lee has arranged gates to grant the access to his private hotel. This makes it simpler to reach and from the hotel. Lilly and Dara can take advantage of this convenience. The Iococca heirs initially listed the house for sale for $26 million. Lilly granted Dara her right to own the house in November 2020. It could be a sign the couple is planning to separate again.
